Jacinta is a Chartered Accountant and board director with over 28 years of C-suite experience spanning finance, strategy, governance, and digital transformation across various sectors, including retail, manufacturing, telecommunications infrastructure, technology, venture capital, financial services, and education.
She brings sharp strategic thinking to boardrooms, helping organisations bridge financial governance with digital innovation through solutions that enhance compliance, automate reporting, and enable smarter decision-making.
As the Founder of JT & CO, she has led the adoption of Power BI, built AI-powered dashboards, and developed real-time reporting systems across Asia. Her work in digital reporting and automation reduces manual processes, strengthens control, and improves executive visibility.
Certified in AWS AI Practitioner and Power BI, Jacinta offers practical AI and analytics literacy to boards and leadership teams. She applies responsible AI/ML themes, including data ethics, model transparency, and risk control, to support innovation within structured governance frameworks.
Her cross-industry lens supports AI adoption, operational efficiency, and regulatory alignment, enabling organisations to modernise oversight at the intersection of technology and governance.
